lively: I have been managing a consulting company with around 10 employees for several years now. On a smaller scale I am daily confronted with many of the things my customers experience on a larger scale. Economic pressure, conflict and competition, bogged down processes, excitement about success, invigorating contests and lots more.
I train executives and coaches at university level.
Confrontation with the VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has been determining my whole thinking and action for many years now.
